- Admission prices apply per person or family, as stated on booking; children aged 1–3 and 4–17 have separate pricing tiers.
- For special needs and SEND events, please book in accordance with the specific sessions offered.

- The Hub features attractions including indoor play areas, space‑themed mini‑golf, laser tag, and go‑karts.
- Facilities are suitable for children of all ages, with some designed specifically for sensory and SEND inclusion.
- Use is at your own risk. Supervision of children at all times by a responsible adult is mandatory.

- Guests must follow safety rules posted on-site. Admission may be refused or revoked for misconduct or disregard for policies.
- SEND and S.E.N.D. sessions are explicitly designed for children with special needs; please respect their quiet and safe environment.
