Families with children who have special needs or disabilities are always welcome at the Hub.
Our space is inclusive, accessible, and designed to be enjoyed by everyone.
We also host exclusive S.E.N.D. events with reduced visitor numbers for a calmer experience.

For our SEND events adult carers go free to ensure enhanced supervision, and please note that our Under 1m and Baby areas are reserved for children under 1m height or babies only.
For visits at any time we accept the Access/Nimbus+1 card for additional adult carers.
Book tickets for your children and one adult, then present a valid Access/Nimbus +1 card at reception on arrival for free entry for the additional adult carer.
The events run from 6.30-9pm and are available to book up to 3 months prior to each event
